Reynolds Community College has received a $100,000 grant from Capital One to bring more workforce opportunities, especially in culinary arts and hospitality, to Richmond's East End
How can RVA gain national attention through Reynolds' innovative culinary instruction? And, how should this project give voice to the community it serves? Reynolds is honored to have graduate students from the award-winning VCU Brandcenter developing a brand strategy for the college's East End footprint. The project's new brand identity will be revealed in the coming months!

In a series of community conversations, support from residents was high for greater access to academic and career pathways resulting from Reynolds' presence in Church Hill. By becoming an anchor tenant in a new development at 25th and Nine Mile Road - a site that also features a full-service grocery store and affordable apartments - the college brings critical workforce training to a historically under-resourced community in Richmond.
