Payment Due Dates

 

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, all Campus Business Offices are closed.
During the campus closure, please make payments online in your MyREYNOLDS account. 
Or, mail check or money order payments to PO Box 85622, Richmond, VA 23285-5622.

Please include a student ID on the payment, if mailed. 
To ensure timely delivery, please mail payments at least 5 business days prior to the payment deadline. 
For security reasons, we ask that you do not mail cash payments.

 


Your payment/charge for the tuition and fees for all classes must be made and settled in full according to the payment schedule. Students failing to pay in full by these deadlines risk enrollment cancellation. Students may lose some or all of their desired courses if their tuition and fees are not paid in full.  

Log on to MyREYNOLDS to make an online payment.

Payment due daily by 11:59 p.m. online or by mail

 Summer payment will be accepted beginning April 6.

 TMS payment plan enrollment for the Summer semester is available through May 18.


Fall 2020 Registration & Payment Due Dates

If you register

Tuesday, July 28 by 11:59 p.m. online or by mail

July 29 – August 4

Tuesday, August 4 by 11:59 p.m. online or by mail

August 5 – August 11

Tuesday, August 11 by 11:59 p.m. online or by mail

August 12 – August 18

Tuesday, August 18 by 11:59 p.m. online or by mail

August 19 – August 25

Tuesday, August 25 by 11:59 p.m. online or by mail

August 26 - November 5

Payment Due Daily 11:59 p.m. online or by mail

 Fall payment will be accepted beginning July 4.

TMS payment plan enrollment for the Fall semester is available through August 27.
