ID Cards and Parking Decals

Students

Identification Cards
Students can obtain a college ID card from the Department of Police during the below listed times and locations. 

Campus Dates/ Times

Downtown Campus
(Room 462)
January 7 – January 11, 2013
9 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Parham Road Campus (Auditorium)
January 7 – January 11, 2013
9 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Goochland Campus (Department of Police Office)
 January 7 – January 11, 2013
 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.

*After January 11, 2013 students can obtain an ID on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from
11 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 6 - 7 p.m. at the following locations:

DTC Room 166-C
GC Department of Police Office

  • After January 11, 2013 PRC Campus provides id and parking decals in the lobby of police headquarters located in Burnette Hall Room 100 from 9 a.m until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday


Parking Decals

The procedures in obtaining a parking decal are as follows:

  1. Access online form https://forms.reynolds.edu/decalapplication/
  2. Complete the form and all required fields
  3. Parking Decal(s) can be picked up at your primary campus location at the Department of Police office within 5 business days or at the designated ID locations as scheduled above.
  4. You must provide a current class schedule and identification

Assistance in obtaining parking decal applications are available at  the Department of Police Office locations upon request.

If you experience any problems with your ID card allowing access into/from the DTC parking garage, please contact the Parking Manager located on the first level of the parking garage adjacent to the cashier booth or via telephone at (804) 523-5465. 

All individuals parking at the Downtown Campus without a current ID card and parking decal will be charged the posted parking fees.    


Faculty, Adjunct Faculty and Staff ID Cards

Faculty, Adjunct Faculty and Staff ID Cards
Faculty, Adjunct Faculty and Staff can obtain a college ID card from the Department of Police during college business hours at any of the three campus locations.

If you experience any problems with your ID card allowing access into/from the DTC parking garage, please contact the Parking Manager located on the first level of the parking garage adjacent to the cashier booth or via telephone at (804) 523-5465.
 
Parking Decals
The procedures to obtain a parking decal are as follows:

  1. Access the online form
  2. Complete the online form and all required fields
  3. Parking Decal(s) will be sent to you by interdepartmental mail or may be picked up at your primary campus location at the Department of Police office within 5 business days. Employees will receive a hanging decal that does not expire until termination of employment.
