Multicultural Enrichment Council
The vision of the Multicultural Enrichment Council is to:
- Help create and implement multicultural experiences for faculty, staff, students, and the community.
- Identify and facilitate participation by faculty, staff, and students in existing multicultural enrichment opportunities throughout our greater Richmond area.
- Educate the college community on the importance of fairness and inclusiveness, and on the acceptance of differing views, beliefs, opinions, and perspectives of other people—both inside and outside of the classroom.
Progress in Global Leadership
What: The MEC and the Reynolds International Students Club feature a panel discussion with Muslim women leaders.
Where: Parham Road Campus - Workforce Development & Conference Center
When: Thursday, March 29th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm
FREE and open to the public.
Around the World through Film: Denial
What: The MEC Aournd the World through Film Committee features the movie Denial along with a pre and post discussion.
Where: Parham Road Campus - Burnette Hall - Room 257
When: Friday, April 13th from 6:00 - 8:30 pm
FREE and open to the public. FREE pizza and door prizes.
My Reynolds Experience
What: The Multicultural Enrichment Council features the winners of the student essay contest; winners will read from their work
Where: Parham Road Campus, Georgiadis Hall Lobby
When: Friday, April 20th from 1 to 3 pm
