Reynolds has many venues that range from standard classrooms to theater spaces. Event spaces are equipped with the latest technology and ready to enhance your meeting experience. All uses or rentals of the college facilities must be compatible with the mission and educational purpose of the college.

Reserving space for small/internal meetings

Reynolds faculty, staff and students who wish to request space for an internal meeting such as staff meeting, tutoring session, training session, club meeting, class sessions, etc. are required to request space at least 3 days prior to the meeting date. Meetings that request additional equipment, facilities or A/V support may need additional lead time and cannot be guaranteed.

An “internal meeting” is for internal business of the college and is not promoted to the outside public. These meetings will not be listed on public-facing event calendars.

Generally, a small/internal meeting will host 30 or fewer people.

Scheduling Internal Events

Reynolds students, student organizations, and individual faculty and staff who wish to request space for an event are required to submit a request to reserve space at least three (3) weeks prior to the proposed date.

An “internal event” includes events with invited guests and speakers outside of Reynolds, events intended to attract more than 30 people, events needing additional resources, events anticipated to have significant community impact or promoted through the Reynolds Marketing Office. This policy is not intended to capture Reynolds normal operations such as classes and meetings. EXAMPLES – Stemfest, Admissions Open House, Scholarship Luncheon, etc.

ALL Reynolds events must be submitted and approved by the Office of Event Management, including virtual events. This is to ensure all events are supported properly and potential scheduling conflicts are reviewed.
