Mayor Stoney Proposes Funds for Richmond Pathways Program

Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney proposes setting aside $1.7 million from surplus money to create the Richmond Pathways Program. The program would pay for any 12th grader in Richmond Public Schools who wants to attend Reynolds Community College.
