President Pando Named 2023 YWCA Outstanding Woman in Education

Reynolds President Dr. Paula Pando was recently announced as the 2023 YWCA Richmond Outstanding Woman in Education. Since 1980, YWCA Richmond has celebrated local women leading the region and inspiring future leaders through its annual Outstanding Women Awards. President Pando was cited for her transformational work championing the creation of robust wraparound supports, reversing a decade-long trend of enrollment declines, increasing completion rates, and narrowing performance gaps.
