This prestigious honor not only recognizes Dr. Pando's exceptional leadership but also underscores our commitment at Reynolds to providing high-quality education.
Dr. Pando is one of just 25 community college presidents selected for this prestigious fellowship. Chosen through a rigorous selection process, the fellows will embark on a year-long journey. During this period, they will collaborate closely with a team of distinguished community college presidents and senior staff from the Aspen Institute.
This partnership will involve studying and benchmarking their practices against those of top-performing colleges in the field. Moreover, they will drill down into their students' graduation and post-graduation achievements while advancing their primary reform objectives aimed at delivering both outstanding and equitable student outcomes.
The Fellowship is a prestigious program designed to support community college leaders in their pursuit of institutional transformation. It brings together a select group of forward-thinking college presidents who have shown a deep commitment to their students' success and are eager to explore innovative strategies to drive change in higher education.
