If you need assistance with your purchasing your textbooks, you can apply for textbook assistance. If you have been awarded enough financial aid to charge books you may do so now through the last day to charge for the semester. Assistance may be given on a case by case basis. Funds are awarded on a first come, first served basis. Only submit one application per semester. Incomplete applications will not be awarded.
Helpful Information Before You Apply
- If you have been awarded enough financial aid to cover your books, you may begin charging textbooks at either the Parham Road Campus or Downtown Campus.
- If you have been awarded financial aid and you need more than awarded, you will be awarded the difference needed in order to obtain your books.
- Your tuition bill must be paid in full or paid by a third party or have a payment plan initiated on file to apply for textbook assistance.
- A 2.0 GPA is required and no obligations or outstanding balances should not be owed.
