College Board
The College Board acts in an advisory capacity to the State Board for Community Colleges and performs such duties with respect to the operation of a single community college. The College Board supports the college’s vision, mission, and values and is good stewards of resources, making effective and efficient use of them, thereby ensuring accountability to the Commonwealth and to the communities it serves.

Office of the President
The President of the college acts as the chief executive officer of Reynolds Community College. The College President is directly responsible to the Chancellor of the Virginia Community College System, the State Board for Community Colleges, and the Reynolds College Board for the educational leadership and efficient management of the college’s human, physical and fiscal resources.
