Minding the Gap - QEP

The Reynolds 2020 Quality Enhancement Plan focuses on faculty professional development and closing the educational attainment gaps that exist for Reynolds students.

What are the major QEP goals?

  1. Increase success rates in gateway/high-impact courses for all Reynolds students.
  2. Increase fall-to-spring and fall-to-fall retention rates for all Reynolds students.
  3. Improve graduation rates for all Reynolds students.
  4. Eliminate the achievement gap that currently exists between white, African-American, and Hispanic students in the three metrics above.
