The Division of Student Affairs at Reynolds is one of the institution's largest and most dynamic divisions, playing a pivotal role in supporting student success and engagement. The division is strategically structured into four key areas: Registrar, Enrollment Services, Student Development, and Downtown Campus and Student Services. This comprehensive organization enables the division to effectively address diverse student needs, streamline processes, and foster an inclusive and supportive campus environment.

Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar maintains the integrity of academic records and provides seamless processes from enrollment to graduation, using expertise, technology, and compliance to enhance student success.
Enrollment Services
Enrollment Services serves as the essential gateway to the college, offering strategic leadership and providing seamless, intuitive support that optimizes access, streamlines enrollment processes, and drives positive student success outcomes. By prioritizing efficiency and student-centered approaches, Enrollment Services works to simplify the entire student journey—ensuring that each step, from application to graduation, is clear, accessible, and supportive. Downtown Campus and Student Services
The Dean of the Downtown Campus and Student Services plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, student-centered services at our downtown campus. This role focuses on enhancing student retention, fostering academic achievement, and ensuring equitable access to resources while building and maintaining strong community partnerships. The Dean is the primary point of contact for the daily operations of the campus, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed. The departments within the Dean of Downtown Campus and Student Services, reporting to Dr. Curt Smith, include:
- Student Services (The 105)
- Student Support Services
- Basic Needs Services (emergency funds, SNAP 50/50, food pantries, Timely Care, etc.)
- Special Population Programs (Great Expectations, Mentoring Programs, First Gen Support)
- The point of contact for daily operations of the Downtown Campus
