Our Division
Enrollment Management and Student Success (EMSS) is one of the largest divisions at Reynolds. View the organizational charts and learn more about the individual areas comprising EMSS. The division is organized into two large areas: enrollment management related offices and student support service offices.
Enrollment Management Units
Admissions oversees recruitment and the admissions application process for new, returning, and transferring students. Financial Aid processes and awards all federal and state grants and loans for students. The Registrar's Office maintains all student related academic records and transcripts, reviews and applies credits transferred from other colleges and universities, and coordinates the awarding of certificates and degrees once a student has graduated. Students can take a variety of proctored tests in one of the two Testing Centers. The Information Center is comprised of friendly and knowledgeable representatives available via phone and live chat to answer questions about all things Reynolds.
Student Success Units
The Dean of Students/Title IX Coordinator provides leadership to the Office of Student Affairs and several student support units. Other areas of responsibility include oversight to Student Support and Wrap Around Services which offers extensive assistance and guidance to help students address barriers outside of the classroom that can occur as they pursue their educational and career goals. Advising Services provides guidance with academic advising and registration in person, virtually, or by phone. Military Services assists Veterans, active duty service members, guardsmen, reservists, and dependents in making a successful transition to the Reynolds community. Student Accommodations assists students with documented disabilities to gain access to Reynolds programs, services, and activities. Student Life provides social, physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, environmental, financial, and occupational activities that promote student engagement and learning.
