What is the Student Government Association (S.G.A.)?
- A recognized Reynolds student organization composed of up to 4 elected officers and 10 appointed members-at-large to represent the students.
- Members advocate on behalf of the student body for issues and topics of interest to students at the college
- Members represent the student body by participating in discussions with the College President and other administrative leaders of the institution, attending committee meetings and communicating to students about important policies and procedures
- Essentially, members represent all students all Reynolds and serve as the student voice on important College issues and decisions
How do I get involved with S.G.A.?
- There are two ways to become involved including an elected officer position or an appointed position. Each spring students may run for an elected position for a one-year term that starts in the upcoming fall semester. Each fall students may apply to a member-at-large position for a term that begins in October and ends in April.
- Potential members must be a current curricular student at Reynolds enrolled in at least six (6) credit hours at Reynolds with minimum 2.5 cumulative G.P.A.
- The President positions requires at least 12 credit hours completed at Reynolds with a minimum 2.5 cumulative G.P.A.

- For elected positions, receive up to a $1500 stipend contingent upon the completion of responsibilities
