The Written Word

The Reynolds logo features text in the font family known as Gotham, however, the use of Gotham is not required in formal or informal Reynolds communications. Generally acceptable fonts in Reynolds communications include Arial, Calibri, and Helvetica. A good rule of thumb when writing text on behalf of Reynolds is to use no more than two types of fonts in one document - one serif and one sans serif. Typically headlines will read in a sans serif font and body copy will is read in serif. Too many competing fonts are distracting to the reader and do not fall within the clean, professional brand look and feel of Reynolds materials.
